You Tube A Shreveport woman brought in on suspected DUI is cuffed then beaten. A camera is on during the beginning of the incident, but then turned off. When it is turned back on, the woman is lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Somehow a police spokesperson characterizing it as standard procedure, insisting the woman ‘hurt herself’ while resisting.
